VoIP Services use the Internet to transmit phone calls; therefore 911/E911 capability is dependent upon your ROAN Communications Inc. High-Speed Internet Service being available. If there is a power failure, or your ROAN Communications Inc. High-Speed Internet Service is down, suspended or disconnected you won’t be able to make a 911 call.
