There are two aspects of Buddha’s method: – Ethical living, as conveyed in the precepts and the Eightfold Path – Meditation, as conveyed in the Eightfold Path Different Buddhist schools interpret the precepts differently. And there are many forms of Buddhist meditation. But the basic approach remains the same across all traditions.
