What are the different user roles and level of privileges?
There are only four roles in Mojo Helpdesk: • Users: • Can create tickets and close them as needed. • Technicians: • Can do everything with tickets (answer ticket, view, edit, delete, assign, etc…), search and run reports. • Managers: • • manage users and techs • manage companies, queues, email queues, reports, automations, etc… • Can do everything users and techs can do plus: • Owner: • Can do all the above plus manage most important helpdesk settings: • open, close the helpdesk, change plan and payment information. • change helpdesk name, branding • basic security settings such as authorizing guest requests and enabling the email-to-ticket gateway.
