I don’t think you know what schizophrenia is. Schizophrenics don’t “lie” about anything. They have delusion, hallucination, disorganized thought, disorganized behavior, and negative symptoms. Schizophrenia is NOT multiple personality disorder (dissociative identity disorder). The early signs are social isolation, decreased personal hygiene, paranoia, strange ideas or beliefs, pacing, inappropriate laughter or crying, and emotionless faces.
