Creating fashion sketches requires a great deal of artistic talent and the ability to transfer a fashion designer’s vision into a piece of artwork for all to see. The most common degree program for Fashion Sketching is a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration. Through required coursework and practical application, students refine and perfect their fashion sketching skills, while learning to work closely with designers and fashion editors to produce sketches and formal drawings of the latest fashions and accessories.
