What are the effects of an OFFLOAD/PDSLOAD cycle?

ISPF statistics would lose the last modified seconds value, and the creation and last modified dates are mapped into the 1966-2065 century if the Y2K-ready version of PDSLOAD is installed. (In fact, this is one way to get ISPF stats corrected if they were the result of a PDS reload with a non-Y2K ready process.) PFD stats would also be converted to ISPF stats, and the current record count in the ISPF stats is forced to the correct value. If the output file was a PDS (not a PDSE) the members would be physically located in the order of the member list displayed at the time of the OFFLOAD was issued. All members, including load modules, should compare byte-for-byte equal with their original counterpart on a record-by-record basis.
