We sign legal and binding agreement with each employee of Urjit Technologies during the vetting process. Every employee who wants to retire from Urjit Technologies will have a 30 day exit process of working prior to the actual exit. This is done so the new programmer has enough time to take over and understand the project completely before the other retires. Although it is seldom this occurs, our clients are never at risk due to unscheduled changes in staffs. If unforeseen incidents occur, Urjit Technologies will never charge extra for a new developer to get up to speed.
