Applicants must achieve required scores on both the Nursing Programs Admissions Test (the TEAS-V test) and the PN to ADN Assessment Test. • Adjusted Individual TEAS-V scores of 69% or greater for Reading; 63% or greater for Mathematics; and 60% or greater for the TEAS English Language Usage are required to pass the Nursing Program Admissions Test. Since the fall of 2009 students admitted to Advanced Standing Nursing have been required to take a PN to ADN Assessment Test. The HESI-PN test was administered for this purpose through December 2010 but is no longer being administered. Effective February 2011 the PN to ADN Assessment Test has been changed to the ATI LPN STEP Assessment test. Students must meet the minimum established score of 66.4% on this test to satisfy this entry requirement.
