What are the ethical and social issues surrounding stem cell research?
There are several issues to consider when thinking about stem cell research. Stem cell research raises questions concerning privacy, consent, property rights, commercialization, human dignity, etc. Although broad in scope, these issues are not unique to stem cell research but are commonly raised in human research in general.
