Should I write letters giving reasons why Concord University Law School should be admitted to the Georgia Bar, or would a petition by citizens be effective? I’m a 1L student with a Doctorate in Curriculum and Education. I have already written the Georgia Senate asking to be able to contribute to the study of new methodologies of legal education. A: You can not do this alone. The correct procedure is that the professors of Concord University along with the Administrators and staff must petition the the Georgia Bar to be granted approval. They must first inquire on the standards and procedures, that Concord must meet in order to be granted approval. Then they must write a formal document that gives several years of proof of how they have been and will continue to meet those standards and procedures.
