What are the exhibitor move-in and move-out days?
Exhibitor move-in Thursday, April 16, 7am – 7pm.* Any exhibitor requesting additional time to set up must contact Todd Wallin by March 25th by faxing a request to 949-388-1906. Large booths cannot be set up on Thursday, April 16th. Exhibitor move-out Monday, April 20, 8am – Noon.* Any exhibitor not moving out on Sunday must contact Todd Wallin by March 25th by faxing a request to 949-388-1906. All freight must be off the show floor by 10 a.m. on Monday. *Subject to change Can I run vehicles at my booth? Due to frequency issues, you are not allowed to run vehicles at your booth. Can I use tents at the show? 10×10 and 10×20 pop up tents only. No larger tents will be permitted this includes placing two tents next to one another for an area greater than 10×20. All 10×10 and 10×20 tents must have a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm. All tents must have fire retardant stamp or attached tag indicating that tent meets the Fire Marshall code.
