Each user is provided with a NetFiles share structured as follows: \\netfiles\users\\ (you cannot store files at this top level directory) \private Files that only you can access; \inbox Files that other users wish to share with you (and only you) can be copied to your \inbox folder. Files in your \inbox folder are automatically deleted after 30 days. See below for more details. \outbox Files that you wish to share with all other members of the university can be placed in your \outbox folder. See below for more details. WIN_OtherUsers A Windows shortcut file to facilitate file sharing with others via their \inbox and \outbox folders. See below for more details.
