Once you have chosen your apartment, you need to fill up a booking form and pay an advance of Rs.1 lakh favoring ‘”MARG ProperTies Pvt Ltd.- Savithanjali project”. The remaining portion of the 15% less Rs. 1 lakh paid should be paid within 30 days from the date of booking the apartment.
