Brush and grass fires are permitted in Quispamsis, subject to notifying the Kennebecasis Valley Fire Department for approval, in advance, at 848-6602. A source of water must be readily available, the fire cannot exceed 9 square meters in area, and the burning must be consistent with the policies of the Department of Natural Resources and the Department of Environment.
