What are the guidelines for recording audio in an Internet phone (VOIP) conference?
• Designate a recording computer with the recommended system configurations listed under the hardware requirements for recording. • The presenter must use a computer headset when speaking in an Internet phone conference. For recommended headsets, see the hardware requirements for recording. • Use the Audio Setup Wizard under Settings in WebEx Recorder to ensure your configurations are set up to maximize audio quality. • Start or join the online meeting that you want to record. • If you are the host, start an Internet phone session. • If you are joining the online meeting as an attendee, make sure the presenter has selected the recording privilege on the Attendee Privileges dialog box. • On the Tools menu, choose Start Recording. • Click on the Record button.
