AFSPA observes the following Federal holidays as listed at http://www.opm.gov/fedhol/index.asp expect for Veterans Day. We also observe the day after Thanksgiving. (Use the OPM link and select the year for which you would like a complete listing of Federal Holidays.) The FSBP may also close due to other circumstances beyond our control such as inclement weather conditions or special events in the D.C. area. If our operating status is anything other than ‘OPEN’ on a normal business day it will be updated immediately on our main greeting, (202) 833-4910.
