What are the ingredients for the healthy sandwich?
1) BREAD: Use whole wheat bread (whole wheat takes longer to digest which makes you feel fuller longer but also doesn’t get turned into sugar like white breads/carbs) 2)DRESSING: Use a mayo made with EVOO. A little mayo will not kill you! But if it’s made with EVOO it’s a plus because olive oil is a very very healthy fat! Or you could just sub mayo for mustard if you don’t mind the taste! or if you are feeling creative: google homemade sandwich dressings and throw all of the ingredients into a food processor-this way you know what ingredients are in it and it will still give your sandwich a little moisture if you are not adding mayo. Throw a pinch of cayenne pepper on there too for it is FULL of health benefits. 3) MEAT: the leaner the better!
