What are the initial funding options for the Access Online Checking Account?
You have three choices: (1) fund by electronic funds from an account you have at another financial institution; (2) by transferring from another Wilmington Trust checking or savings account; or (3) by writing a check. To initially fund your account via an electronic funds transfer from another account you own, you will need to know your account number at the external bank, as well as the routing number of the external bank. To initially fund from another Wilmington Trust checking or savings account, use our On-Line or Mobile Banking services. To initially fund by check, please write a check for at least $1 payable to yourself or to Wilmington Trust FSB. Include your Application ID (provided when you applied) or account number in the memo field of the check and mail the check to: Wilmington Trust FSB P.O.
