What are the key elements to building a robust online community?

I would have to say content is one, providing that. Or beyond content, anything that provides value to the community. They have to provide some real value for the community to be willing to invest their time in being part of the community; and you have to provide an interesting and valuable discussion with some expertise there to get the community to want to be involved in that discussion. So, you have to provide them with answers. One of the most popular parts of all of our webinars was our live Q&A after each one. And every time we do live panel discussions, those are the most popular in the conferences. You have people asking live questions, very interactive. Again, it’s providing value to the community. You can’t just sell to a community.
