A. There are problems with the Sybase SQL Anywhere database running as a service on a machine that has Terminal Services running in Application Server mode. These problems are outside of the control of Cisco. When SQL Anywhere is run as a service, compatibility problems with Terminal Services might result. To avoid such problems, you must run SQLAnywhere as a regular process.
