What are the number and types of units that will be available in the Oaks?
Built in two phases, the new apartment complex will eventually house 500 students. The apartment configurations will include units with two single bedrooms, two baths, a living room and kitchen; and units with four single bedrooms, two baths, a living room and kitchen. All units will be furnished, with washers and dryers and full access to the campus computer network. The commons building will include a living room, meeting rooms, a community kitchen and offices. The site will also include over 500 parking spaces, an outdoor sand volleyball court and a picnic area.
