What are The Onions exchange/return policies?
Prompt exchange or refund will be made when items are returned to us unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All exchanges, refunds, losses and shortages much be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Customers will be refunded for the total cost of the order if it is cancelled prior to being shipped. If the order has shipped, customers will only be refunded for the cost of the merchandise less shipping costs.
