There are no button configurations for Metal Gear Solid 2 but the only thing I can advise is a cheat disc called Action Replay Max. It contains cheats like max health, max ammo, different types of weapons availble, etc etc. You can buy the cheat disc at Argos for £14.99 plus you get a free 16Mb memory card. Hope that solves your problem!
