What are the pagan and churchy lies you know of about Christmas?
I was fortunate that my pa explained Santa Claus long before I started grade school. He told the truth, Santa really was him, my ma, my grandparents, aunts and uncles that put all those presents under the tree. I was always the bad apple that made the rest of the kids cry because I told them Santa wasn’t real, it was their parents. This happened all the way up to 5th grade. I’ve never gotten into the “spirit” of Christmas because of the gross commercialism, the greed and the false religious teachings (Jesus was not born on Dec 25). I don’t like seeing all the wrapping paper, cards, boxes and junk from this holiday filling landfills to overflowing either. And why would someone cut down a living tree just to have it stand in their living room for two or three weeks and then just toss it out?
