What are the password requirements?

There are no particular password requirements, although we recommend you use a password that is memorable to you, and not easily guessable by others.  more

Passwords are case-sensitive and must have a minimum length of 6 characters. The password you choose must be different from the previous 12 passwords that you have used.  more

The password must contain a minimum of 7 characters, including: 1 Special Character (pressing shift and a number key simultaneously, e.g. %, ^, &), 1 Uppercase Letter, 1 Lowercase Letter, and 1 Number.  more

Your password must satisfy the following requirements: Password MUST be at least 8 characters long and at most 12 characters long. Password must consist of only letters and digits. To ensure the security of our computer systems and networks minimium requirements for passwords should be maintained. For your security all e-Statement accounts are subject to minimum password requirements. These requirements are: Passwords must be at least eight (8) characters in length and contain both letters (uppercase or lowercase) and numbers. Also, passwords cannot be more than ten (10) characters long.  more
