The city does not take credit or debt cards but does accept checks and, of course, cash. Please do not leave cash in the drop box or at the library.

Utility bills may be paid in person or mailed to the City Clerks office in City Hall, 1900 NW 114th Street, Clive, Iowa 50325. A night depository is offered at City Hall, 1900 NW 114th St. or the Public Safety Facility, located at 8505 Harbach Blvd. The City offers aconvenient way to pay your monthly bill. Click here to download the Easy Pay form. Complete and return to the Clive Water Department at the same address. Payment will be debited from the account specified on the 14th of each month.At this time credit/debit cards are not accepted for payment.
