What are the phases of gymnastics?

I’m not sure if this is what you mean, but I’ll try to explain… For girls, the main league is USAG (USA Gymnastics). These levels go from 1 to 10, one being the lowest and ten being the highest. Meets (competitions) are not official until Level 5, but many clubs have meets for their Level 4 kids which are just practice. The people you see on TV are called “Elite.” There are two sections of elite: junior and senior. This doesn’t have to do with age, it’s just skill. Many clubs have recreational teams for their gymnasts that still love gymnastics but are not as commited as their USAG kids. There are high school leauges and college leagues, but the main one is USAG. Hope I helped!
