National Visa Service will scan your photographs for you and electronically transmit them with your application at no extra charge. Send your photo prints to National Visa Service with your application. All photos must comply with these rules: • Size: 2″x2″ (5cm x 5cm)(50mm x 50mm) • A separate photograph is required of each person. • Group or family photos will not be accepted. • On the back of each photograph, type or print Full Name: underline last name Date of Birth: DD-MM-YYYY Place of Birth: City, Province, Country Relationship in family: Husband, Wife, Child • Face the camera, eyes open. • Do not tilt or turn your head. look directly into the lens. • Head should cover about 50% of the picture. • Plain, neutral, light-colored background. • Face must be completely unobstructed and in focus. • NO SUNGLASSES ALLOWED • NO HEAD COVERINGS OR HATS ALLOWED unless strictly required due to religious beliefs, and then only if they do not obscure any portion of the face.
