What are the Plan exclusions?
The Plan excludes coverage for suicide and injuries while traveling by air except in a properly licensed and operated aircraft as described in the plan document. Also, this Plan will not cover injuries while under the influence of any controlled substance that is not prescribed by your physician or injuries received while intoxicated. In addition, a loss is not covered if it results from war or any act of war. War means declared or undeclared war, and includes resistance to armed aggression. This exclusion does not refer to acts of terrorism, which are covered. See Plan document for additional exclusions.
