What are the policies for cancellation of my housing contract?

By signing your License Agreement, you enter into a legal agreement with the University. In the event a situation occurs that could cause you to be released from your contractual obligation, you will need to submit a “Request for Cancellation.” In all instances cancellations are subject to cancellation fee of $100 in addition to any outstanding charges applicable to the date of cancellation request or check-out.Cancellation prior to July 31, 2008 - You can do this by accessing the same online application you used to sign-up for housing.
