To seek a correction, an individual should submit the request by electronic mail (email) to InfoQuality@od.nih.gov or should submit or mail the request to the office that disseminated the information.The mailing address for each of the NIH institutes and centers is posted elsewhere on this Web site. Correction requests that are specific and provide supporting evidence, such as comparable data or research results on the same topic, will enable NIH to provide a satisfactory response. The request should state that an information quality request for correction is being submitted, and should provide the following information: • Requestor contact information: Name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, and organizational affiliation, if any.
