What are the pros and cons of temporary vs. permanent communities?
Temporary communities are great for the discovery phase of innovation research, whether 3-day communities such as innovation jams or 12-week communities for new product development. Permanent communities provide on-demand qualitative insights, but are expensive to maintain and require a regular schedule of activity to keep members engaged.
