• Candidates for the Legacy Residency Program should have graduated from an accredited School or College of Pharmacy and must be eligible for licensure in Oregon within three months of starting the program. • Candidates must submit a curriculum vitae, a letter of intent, official transcripts from all professional pharmacy education, and three completed letters of recommendation using provided reference forms. • Legacy participates in the ASHP Residency Matching Program.Applicants are required to be registered in the ASHP Matching Program. • If Legacy has an unmatched position, our program will open the application process to other qualified candidates. • Applications are due January 15 each year for the following school year.
