• Naturopathic Doctors (N.D.) must study at lest seven years to become eligible to be licensed to practice as a Naturopath in Ontario, and follow the same University pre-medical education is received by all doctors. The Naturopathic portion of the program comprises 4 years (4,000 hours of in-classroom and clinical experience) of dedicated training leading to a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine. • The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) is the only college in Canada to offer this recognised four year, full-time professional program training for Naturopathic Doctors. • In Canada, naturopathic doctors are regulated under provincial statute in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario.  more
