What are the qualifications to register to vote in Nevada?
Nevada law provides certain guidelines you must follow before you can vote. Specifically, Nevada law states that you must: • Be at least 18 years of age on or before Election Day; • Be a U.S. citizen; • Be a resident of Nevada for 30 days preceding any election; • Have your rights restored if you were convicted of a felony; and • Not have been declared by a court to be mentally incompetent.
