*. Spending time in an Inn (Logging out) will rest your character, improving your ‘rest state’. This appears to take several hours. *. You can log out in an Inn instantly as opposed to waiting 20 seconds as you do in other parts of the game. *. If you log in the next day after having logged out in an Inn, your character is healed of all debuffs and will accumulate rest. 8 hours of rest equal 1 bubble of 200% experience up to the maximum of 32 total bubbles or 1.5 levels.
