A drum reconditioner or remanufacturer must have and maintain a quality assurance system which meets the minimum requirements of ISO 9003:1994 or CAN/CSA-ISO 9003-94 with the addition of the program documentation manual outlined in paragraph 8.4 of CAN/CGSB-43.126. Compliance with ISO 9002:1994 or ISO 9001:2000 is also acceptable.
