What are the rates and are they negotiable?
As a guideline, you should allow $1,200 to $5,000 per week, depending on the season and number of occupants. We rarely offer a discount unless we receive a last minute cancellation. We keep our rates extremely competitive for a beachfront home with all the amenities that our house offers. In order to maintain our high standards, we incur certain “per use” costs for every rental, regardless of the time of year, the number of people, or duration of stay, but we will give you our best rate at the time of your inquiry. Rates published on this website and any listing sites on which we advertise are changeable without notice.
