SAI Platform signed a Cooperation Agreement with CIAA aimed at joining forces and sharing resources within a larger network of food industries, in order to ensure complementarities and build synergies. CIAA notably provides SAI Platform with deeper knowledge of the European food industry and its network as well as of other European groups involved in sustainable agriculture. As a lobby organisation, CIAA can influence policy developments in support of sustainable agriculture. In turn, SAI Platform provides CIAA with information on sustainable agriculture as well as a wide network of worldwide food chain stakeholders. Together, both organisations develop activities aimed at promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
