ARS 15-342 requires a record of immunization against diphtheria, polio, measles, hepatitis B (gr.7), and rubella for each student. You must complete your child’s immunizations before you can enroll him/her. We must exclude non-immunized students from school. Exceptions to the immunization procedure are in compliance with ARS 15-342: please check with the school health attendant.
