What are the requirements to become a North Carolina Real Estate Agent?
To become a North Carolina Real Estate agent you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident • Have a social security number • Show proof of residency in any state in the US • Not have been convicted of a felony or crime involving moral turpitude • Complete and pass the state approved 75 hour Broker Pre-License course or equivalent board approved qualifications • Pass the state exam • Submit application with appropriate fees
