What are the requirements to compensate and reimburse speakers and performers?

0

• Cornell cannot reimburse a student or organization for engagement fee or service paid directly out of pocket • All speakers and performers must submit their original receipts with reimbursement requests and be advised of SAFC spending limits • For reimbursement, a contract with the service provider must be made • If the speaker or performer is from a foreign country, the organization must receive approval by ISSO at least three weeks before they arrive on campus. You must complete the Non-US Citizen Addendum and contact the ISSO for approval at B350 Caldwell Hall.
