The responsibilities of a team leader are as follows : 1) He is responsible for the team’s performance. A team lead monitors and checks his team’s performance and ensures it is consistent with the organization’s objectives and goals. 2) He ensures that the deadlines are met and that the team performs consistently and delivers what is expected by the management. 3) He is also responsible for his team’s dependability and ensures that all employees show up to work on time, helps in solving their problems and guides them when necessary.
