What are the results like at Post-16?
Very good. Our results are significantly above national average for boys and girls and we are in the top 25% of all post-16 schools. There has been a year upon year improvement in Post-16 results. Last year the pass rate for A Level was over 99% with over 60% at Grade A or B. The predictions for the current Year 13 are optimistic. The expected pass rate is 100% with around 50% at A and B. This is well above the Bradford average and the national average. The recent OFSTED report stated that ‘teaching and learning are good overall’ and that the ‘Academy has responded very well to previous variations in attainment between Year groups’.
