What are the rules and procedure for cancellation of KSRTC Bus Reservation tickets?
The reserved tickets of KSRTC can be cancelled at the KSRTC Reservation Counter, Kempa Gowda Bus Stand. 10% of fare will be deducted on surrender of tickets 72 hrs before departure of bus. 25% of fare will be deducted on surrender of tickets between 72 hrs to 2 hrs before departure of bus. 50% of fare will be deducted on surrender of tickets 2 hrs before and upto 1 hr after departure of bus at the service originating place only. No refund beyond 1 hr after the departure time at the service originating place.
