What are the rules for parking motor homes, trailers or large commercial vehicles in Discovery?
A motor home or trailer may only be parked for loading or unloading for up to three (3) days each way. (A variance may be granted for a short extension by contacting the Board). No motor home or trailer may be stored on the property unless in can be concealed from the street and ANY other property behind approved fencing. No commercial size vehicle may be parked on the property on a regular basis. See Article III, Section 13, Covenants.
