What are the seven common senses of windsurfing?

I think you might find the answer in the ‘RYA Youth Windsurfing Scheme Syllabus & Logbook’–as far as I can gather, the ‘seven common senses’ is actually a checklist of seven ‘common sense’ questions you should ask yourself before going out on a windsurfer, e.g. Is my gear correctly assembled? Is my gear suitable for the conditions (e.g. sail/board size)? Am I experienced enough for the conditions? etc. NB I’m not quoting here–a Google search didn’t turn up the exact list. It looks like this info is only available if you do an RYA course (or at least, have access to a copy of the course manual). Hope this helps–sorry I can’t give you any more info.
