Hey. Well the only way to determine whether your sugar levels are high is to do a blood test. I’m assuming you’re worried about diabetes? The signs of chronic high blood glucose are polyuria (passing an excessive quantity of urine), thirst and weight loss. This may be accompanied by lack of energy or visual blurring. It should be noted though that blood sugar varies depending on when and what you have eaten, but is normally tightly controlled. If you go to your doctor and ask for a blood test they should be able to determine whether your blood glucose levels are too high. I think there are also some over the counter blood glucose testing kits.
