• Signatures should be attested by two witnesses. • The document must have grantor and grantee s address. • The document must identify by whom prepared name and address. • The notary acknowledgment must be complete. • Names must be typed, stamped or printed below each signature. • Deed Doc stamps at $.70 per $100 on total consideration (purchase amount) • A 3 inch by 3 inch space at the top right-hand corner on the 1st (first) page, and a 1 inch by 3 inch space at the top right-hand corner on each subsequent page (for use by clerk). NOTE: Including the return to address on the document, and enclosing a self-addressed, stamped envelope is beneficial.
