What are the steps to becoming a certified personal trainer?

American Fitness Professionals & Associates®, Inc. is a nationally recognized certification organization. In other words, theya re trusted for knowing what they are doing, and turing out solid, well trained instructors. They offer certifications for Personal Trainers & Certified Fitness Instructors. At this time, I do not think States (USA) regulate or require one to be licensed or hold certification as a personal trainer. Thier requirements for Personal Trainer Certification are: Complete the online order information, mail in application or phone in your order. Receive and review all your materials. Complete the written certification exam. Written exam includes 250 multiple choice questions and a choice of 3 case studies.
